Drink lots of water through out the day, it will help clear your system out good and will ensure weight loss.
Get out and walk, I have started just walking anywhere. It doesn't matter where you walk just get up and go.
Any amount of walking is better than nothing.
Figure out a default activity. I don't know about you but for me boredom is my downfall, and when I start eating.
Find an activity that you can do rain or shine, that will keep you occupied and away from food.
For me it is a punching bag in my room. When I get bored I let the punches fly.
Keep track of your weight loss, it will really help boost your spirit when you see that you are making progress.
Keep a food journal along with your weight loss progress so if something goes wrong, you can look at what you ate and see the problem and avoid it next time.
